These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cp33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cp33 website located at https://cp33.club and all associated services including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer games, virtual games, and payment processing.

By creating an account, logging into the cp33 platform, or using any feature of the service — including browsing the games lobby without placing a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the cp33 platform and close your account.

cp33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an active account on cp33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cp33 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Access by minors is prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment account details.
• You must not already hold an existing cp33 account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed. Only one account per player is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee of cp33, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless explicit written permission has been granted by cp33 management.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions at the time of registration or during use of the platform.

cp33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or mobile financial service account ownership proof. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

As a registered cp33 player, you accept the following ongoing obligations regarding your account and conduct on the platform:

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time password (OTP) codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify cp33 support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. cp33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• Accurate Information: You must keep your account information — including your registered mobile number and payment account details — accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms.
• Prohibited Conduct: You must not use the cp33 platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, engage in collusion with other players, use automated betting systems or bots, or engage in any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Responsible Use: You agree to use the cp33 platform in accordance with the responsible gaming principles set out in our Responsible Gaming policy. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a normal outcome of gaming activity.

Violation of any of the obligations listed above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of bonus balances, and — where unlawful conduct is detected — referral to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on cp33 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cp33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. The following table summarises the key parameters of our payment policy:

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before processing. cp33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm that the withdrawal account belongs to the registered player. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the cp33 account.

cp33 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or the account is subject to an ongoing investigation. In such cases, the cp33 cashier team will communicate the reason to the player via live chat or email within 48 hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

cp33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and T20 World Cup tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus credited to a cp33 account carries a minimum wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x). The wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity window (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless cp33 explicitly permits this in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) as stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While completing wagering requirements, players must not place single bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet amount stated in the individual promotion terms (typically ৳2,000 per bet). Exceeding the maximum bonus bet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• cp33 Right to Withdraw: cp33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after being claimed by players, any outstanding wagering progress will be honoured up to the date of cancellation.

Players are responsible for reading the specific terms attached to each individual promotion before opting in. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the promotion's individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the cp33 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and all other game categories available on the platform:

• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed on the cp33 platform — whether pre-match, in-play, or on a casino game — it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Please verify all bet details before confirming.
• Insufficient Funds: cp33 will not accept or process any bet for which the player's account does not hold sufficient available funds at the time the bet is placed. There is no credit facility on cp33.
• Odds Changes: In-play sports betting odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that will be applied to your wager. cp33 is not liable for odds changes that occur between the player initiating and the player confirming a bet.
• Void Bets: cp33 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being published, where a match is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, or where fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the market.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to maximum payout limits per market and per game as displayed in the relevant section of the platform. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at the stated maximum.
• RNG Certification: All random-number-generated casino games available on cp33 use certified RNG systems provided by licensed third-party game studios. cp33 does not modify or interfere with the RNG outputs of any game studio.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game or in-play bet, cp33's server-side record of the game state at the time of disconnection is authoritative. cp33 will not be liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's device or mobile network.

Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general gaming rules. Players are encouraged to review the rules section relevant to each game category prior to placing wagers.

cp33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or match-fixing involvement.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Involvement in any form of money laundering or use of cp33 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Account inactivity — an account that has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account administration fees may apply as communicated via the registered email address before any deduction is made.
• At the player's own request via the self-exclusion or voluntary closure process.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, cp33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus funds. A real-money balance that cannot be connected to fraudulent activity will be returned to the player's registered payment account following investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting the cp33 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp33 excludes all liability for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the cp33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including wagers placed and lost on sports events, casino games, or any other product available on the platform.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages, third-party payment processing delays, or connectivity issues outside cp33's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses caused by your reliance on any information displayed on the platform that contains a typographical error, a data feed error, or any other inaccuracy.
• Any indirect economic loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings, whether or not cp33 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

cp33's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall in no circumstances exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their cp33 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits cp33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. cp33 operates the platform on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
